- E-POLO.. We attempt to walk you thru the office procedure. One can download the checklist of requirements and corresponding forms for each service clients may wish to transact with the Labor Section of the Philippine Embassy.Accomplishing the required forms properly, preparing the required number of photocopy before coming over to the Embassy will definitely facilitate processing of documents. The Query page can be useful as well. We included sample of each form for easy understanding and reference.
